Knuckle Cartel is working on a new performance project.  It is in the very, very early and tender development phase.  Titled (for now) “DeedsNotWords”, the piece revolves around two historical figures:  

Mary “Slasher” Richardson, Suffragette and Hunger Striker

AKA Polly Dick

(The Slasher is getting arrested here for one of the nine times she was arrested during her militant participation in the Women’s Suffrage Movement.)

Grace Quek, Pornstar and Feminist

AKA Annabel Chong

(Ms. Quek, as Annabel Chong, after filming “The World’s Biggest Gangbang” in which she participated in 251 sex acts in ten hours.  This was the first pornographic gangbang movie, and started quite a trend.) 

“DeedsNotWords” is currently in progress.  It will be a four-part installation presented in Berlin, Germany, in 2012 and 2013.
